He worked for M.A.T.E.S at the Training Center for 28 years as a heavy equipment mechanic/supervisor. Steve also loved the outdoors. This included hunting, fishing, golfing, boating and jeepin. The family would like to express their thanks to the staff at Memorial Hospital (especially Melissa and Steve) for the outstanding job they did in caring for Steve and his family. Their kindness helped the family through a difficult time. And to Dr. Preacher who gave us the personal support that we need at this time, thank you. And a special thanks to Randy Scheibner.
