TSGT Francis McMillian USAF(Vietnam). Francis served from
June 1966 through November 1986(20yrs, 5mo) and Honorably retired through Luke Air Force Base in Nevada, where he continued to live for many years until moving to the Kelso area. During his service Francis moved up through the ranks in security and policing
which became the majority of his career.

He served in Vietnam and was posted in Okinawa, Germany, and Nevada. Throughout his career he never stopped training or learning, always improving himself for his role in Policing.
