| Ed Spencer, age 72, passed away, Sunday, June 26, 2011, at home in Washougal, WA, where he has resided for the past 32 years. He was born and raised in Port Jervis, NY. Ed was a retired veteran of the U.S. Army and from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He enjoyed spending time with family, going hunting, fishing and cooking. |
