| David Wheeler COTTAGE GROVE — The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 20, at Smith-Lund-Mills Chapel in Cottage Grove for David Keith Wheeler of Cottage Grove, who died Feb. 7 of age-related causes. Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 20, at the funeral home. He was 78. He was born Feb. 8, 1933, in Portland to Walter and Hope Babcock Wheeler. He married Nolene Wade on Dec. 24, 1957, in Eugene. He held a master’s degree. He served in the U.S. Army for 20 years, serving in Vietnam, Germany and Paraguay and retiring as a chief warrant officer. ---- Burial will be at in Brumbaugh Cemetery in Cottage Grove. |
